| In recent years, along with the continuous improvement of the air-cooled diesel generator set in the cooling performance, make air-cooled diesel generator sets used more and more widely, however, the level of automatic control technology of air-cooled diesel generator in current market is generally low. Based on this, the paper conducts a research on the automation control technology of air-cooled diesel generating sets, which mainly including the following aspects:(1) On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the present situation and existence problems of automatic control technology of the diesel generating sets combined with actual needs of enterprises, this paper designs an intelligent controller for air-cooled diesel generating sets. The controller uses ATmegal6 as the core chip, and achieves the functions of self-start/self-stop, ATS and so on.(2) Base on the current development of generator excitation control theory, this article takes a study on PID control and fuzzy control theory, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two control theory in the application. Fuzzy-PID control which combines PID control and Fuzzy control is used in this paper to adjust the excitation power unit and current. And the simulation results shows that the Fuzzy-PID control is better than the conventional PID control in the aspect of improving system stability and dynamic performance.(3) According to analysis of the application status of remote monitoring technology in the diesel generator industry, and the status quo of difficult to maintain because of the C/S(Client/Server) framework. The paper constructed the remote monitoring system of air-cooled diesel generating set based on Web technology which adopts the structure of B/S(Browers/Server). The system implements a zero-install client program, which facilitates the upgrading and maintain of the system. |
