Information monitoring is an important link in the control system of mobile power station.Accurate monitoring of mobile power station information is of great significance to the whole control system of power station.This topic is proposed based on the information monitoring in the mobile power station system.The system takes PIC16F877A as the core device to develop the mobile power station monitoring system.At the same time,a fuzzy PID control algorithm is designed for the electronic governor of diesel engine in mobile power station.This paper takes the design of mobile power station as the engineering background,studies the composition and characteristics of mobile power station system,and then carries out the hardware selection and configuration of power station system from the perspective of functional requirements and technical indicators of mobile power station.The hardware circuits of acquisition circuit,digital circuit and electronic governor in mobile power station monitoring system are designed.The corresponding software is designed for the circuit design of each module in the circuit,and the initial design of port and display and the design of GSM remote monitoring are carried out.At last,this paper analyzes the speed control system of the mobile power station and studies its working principle.The mathematical modeling of diesel engine and actuator in control system is constructed.The conventional PID control algorithm is used to analyze the established mathematical model.Then on the basis of the conventional PID,the fuzzy PID control algorithm is used to further analyze its mathematical model,and the two control algorithms are simulated,and the output results are compared.According to the simulation results,this paper adopts the fuzzy PID control algorithm combining the traditional PID algorithm and the fuzzy algorithm to control it,so as to meet the requirements of its accurate response,fast response speed and high stability.
