Nowdays, Digital technology and parallel technology are the two hot technologies of reaserch and application on inverter power. The content of this dissertation belongs to reaserch and application field of Digital technology for inverter power. With the developing of power electronics, especially the rapidly developing of advanced processor technology, in application market, further requirements such as high gasification, high efficiency and high performance of inverter power has been improved.Sdanding on science and technology development trend of nowdays, main stream processor FPGA(Field-Programmbale Gate Array) is used as core contrlloer for this subject, and mature and stable multiple loops is used as control strategy. Firstly, a single-phase inverter unit of low power about15KW is developed in the paper, it’s a completely independent digital controller, which is the key point of the design. Inverter unit itself has a large range of input for DC Bus voltage. Then after these work done in the paper, three independent inverter units are used to parallel into three-phase inverter power, which can develop large power of three-phase inverter to meet the demanding of market by using parallel technology.Firstly, an analysis on mathematical model of single-phase full-bridge is made by the paper. Linear state space model and discrete state space model analysis on main circuit of full-bridge inverter are given, and an inverter unit based on digital controller is designed using state space design method. Secondly, SPWM(Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation) modulation, which is important for inverter unit is studied, and multiplier SPWM is proved to be the best modulation for this inverter unit. Thirdly, the control strategy of invert unit is studied, mainly about multiple loops control. In which, improved multiple loops control is focused, which is proved to be the best control method by mass simulation made in the paper. Sequently are design and realization of software and hardware for control system of inverter unit, which show the process of design and realization of digital controller for inverter unit from whole and overall.Finally, some experiments on related experimental platform are made according to the progress, and experimental results which are coincided to the design is given by the paper.
