As the problems of world energy and environment continue to worsen, thedevelopment and utilization of renewable energy show the trend of rapid growth. The solarenergy, one of renewable clean energy, is regarded as the cleanest source that human canuse, so the development and utilization of solar energy are strategically important.However, as the core part of photovoltaic power generation system, whether photovoltaicinverter power supply system can have high reliability, high conversion efficiency andgood electric energy quality, is the key to the whole PV system quality. Though thetechnical performance of traditional power frequency transformer isolation type inverter isreliable, it exists many problems such as low efficiency of the system, large volume, highcost and so on. And no isolation type inverter overcomes the defect of frequency inverter,but its insulation and reliability are not mature enough. In view of the above problems, thispaper provides the designs of high frequency transformer booster circuit and full bridgeinversion, thus realizing the high efficient and reliable DC input,AC output.The photovoltaic inverter power supply system hardware mainly includes maincircuit(DC/DC circuit and DC/AC circuit)、signal conditioning circuit、drive circuit、intelligent chip circuit、power circuit. The principle, design and production of the hardwarecircuit are introduced in detail in the paper. This paper realizes the software and hardwaredesign of off-grid PV Inverter based on dsPIC intelligent control method, includingestablishing the mathematical model of the inverter circuit, on the base of which achievingthe simulation modeling of the inverter based on Matlab, and numerical simulationresearch being carried out for high frequency DC/DC circuit and full bridge invertercircuit.This paper gives the inverter main hardware selection basis, and analyze theleakage inductance parameter of high-frequency isolated transformer. And C languagecontrol program is written based on high performance digital signal processordsPIC30F4011.The main program adopts double closed-circle control strategy. This paper uses PSIM to achieve the simulation and research of the whole control system, besides theevery part of the design system is tested.
