The quality of bearing is closely related to reliability, work precision,life,and capability of the equipment. In order to improve the machining quality of roller bearings for the purpose, breaking through existing aging process can make the bearing performance and life improvement. According to performance and the structural characteristics of bearing, innovation of bearing manufacturing industry has very important significance.Bearing which is used to the spindle bearings in textile machinery have no inner circle,so that roller contacts with the spindle and the speed(1000r/min) of bearing is very high,the face of roller and the spindle form sliding contact. As a result, the face of the roller is severe weared. At the same time spindle is weared too.So the little or no round roller and spindle directly affect the life of the Spindle bearing. According to the existing problems of production process(small rounding,long time of processing), this paper adopts method of compound-effect of mechanical and chemical chamfers in roller. Using this method,the chamfer's time of roller can be shortened 9 times.The subject of the process is mainly composed of contrasts of two orthogonal test. Through the contrast of the two groups of orthogonal test, we obtain the best ratio of process: content of powder abrasive(120g); equipment(centrifugal);corundum abrasive of oblique cylinder(8mm×16mm);time(8h);volume ratio of the workpiece and the abrasive(1:4); water(2L).Fillet Measurements of processed workpiece meet the requirements (0.25mm- 0.5mm). Analysis on roughness, hardness, microstructure, gloss of surface after processing,we obtained that the process workpiece is better than a shaking machine,drum processing.This paper studies slurry,the equipment, abrasive and comprehensive factors on the effect of the round. Research indicates that when Content of abrasive powder less than 120g,removal of roller surface is not clear,and roller surface is black without light;When the content of abrasive powder reached 120g,we can obtain better processing effect that the rounding generates faster, the round removes also quickly; When the content of abrasive powder exceeds more than 120g,the oxide film can not be dissolved in time affecting the processing efficiency,so the processing of rounding time will be extended.The result of experimental comparison of revolving roll,vibration, shaking machine under the same conditions,is that is centrifuge has the highest efficiency; By the way of analysising of Abrasive selection in combination of factors affect, the results show that corundum abrasive of oblique cylinder(8mm×16mm) accords with the process.
