The purpose is to quantify the constraint of the highway network planning and implementation coming from ecological sensitive area.The paper uses the Sichuan provincial expressway network planning adjustment scheme as an example.Sichuan Expressway Network Plan adjustment programs route is more complex,affecting a wide range, almost throughout the whole of Sichuan Province, involving a number of ecologically sensitive sites.This planning scheme for the ecological impact is inevitable.The paper calculated the ecological sensitivity index of various sections using the method construced for clearing the ecological sensitivity of various sections.For the ecological impact that can not be quantified must make qualitative analysis,such as the impact of rare animals and plants,the impact of ecological landscape and so on.According to the conclusions of calculation and analysis, the paper puts forward specific measures for protection of ecological environment eventually. Roughly speaking, mainly include planning lines rational and bypassing ecological sensitive regions in the design phase; layouting temporary facilities and planning routes rational in the phase of construction; Strengthenning management and monitoring in the operational phase.
