| Nondestructive testing technology in concrete construction quality control, accident treatment of old buildings and identification of areas with conventional concrete standard test block failure test of the incomparable advantages, it has become the branch of the concrete testing technique system, and belongs to the important research direction in the building engineering testing technology field. In this paper, problems needed to be solved for the following three points: First, for ordinary concrete, it is three methods commonly used in nondestructive testing, respectively, rebound method, ultrasonic method and ultrasonic rebound synthetic method, this article compares the three methods and research; Secondly, the strength of concrete structure detection technology has been used in some breakage method in some special conditions for a long time, how to use the ultrasonic instrument and rebound tester to accurate determination of the concrete strength is an unsolved problem; Thirdly, rebound tester and ultrasonic instrument detection of concrete strength under special conditions is a main research task to establish a special condition of concrete special strength curve. In this paper, three conditions of concrete research as the long age, moist, coarse aggregate, found that different conditions by using optimal methods are as follows: First, for long age concrete nondestructive testing technology, before the invention of new nondestructive detection method, synthetic method of ultrasonic rebound is a preferred fast test technology; Secondly, for moist concrete nondestructive testing technology, before the invention of new nondestructive detection method, rebound method is one of the preferred fast test technology; Thirdly, for coarse aggregate concrete nondestructive testing technology, before the invention of new nondestructive detection method, synthetic method of ultrasonic rebound combined with drilling large diameter core sample correction is a preferred fast test technology. The special strength curve of different conditions: (1) The strength curve of long age concrete: (?)(2)The strength curve of moist concrete: (?)(3) The strength curve of coarse aggregate concrete: f ccu = 0 .03684Va1.77Rm1.07(Without considering the depth of carbonation) (?)(Considering the depth of carbonation)... |
