Concrete is a very important building material in structural engineering,its quality is directly related to the safety of concrete building structure.In the construction and use of concrete structure,due to the difficulty of construction quality control,design defects,structural aging or natural disasters and other reasons,endanger the safety of the entire structure,so the quality test of concrete is particularly important.Nondestructive testing has been applied more and more widely due to its unique advantages,among which ultrasonic wave nondestructive testing technology has provided an important technical means for concrete strength testing by virtue of its fast,convenient,nondestructive and accurate characteristics.Using the traditional concrete strength sound wave ultrasonic nondestructive testing system,need to artificial data extraction and analysis calculation,the testing process monitoring is difficult,therefore,puts forward new requirements on ultrasonic nondestructive testing system: detection is more efficient,to strengthen the monitoring of the concrete strength testing process,the intelligent detection system.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1)An intelligent ultrasonic rebound detection system was developed.In view of the low efficiency of on-site testing of concrete strength,the technical specification of concrete compressive strength was designed into an intelligent application program with strong availability,flexibility,extensibility and high degree of automation based on Lab VIEW,and the strength conversion value was obtained automatically.According to the engineering requirements,the ultrasonic springback intelligent detection system is divided into five parts: parameter setting,waveform collection,springback instrument data interaction,data analysis and calculation,and data storage module.Among them,the data interaction module of the springback instrument can read the springback instrument data with one key,reduce the manual subsequent data extraction,and directly extract the data for analysis and calculation during the detection process to obtain the intensity conversion value.(2)Remote monitoring of ultrasonic spring back intelligent detection system was realized.In view of the difficulty in monitoring the process of on-site testing of concrete strength,based on the operating environment of Lab VIEW,remote monitoring technology is used to realize the remote monitoring of the testing process of the server-side ultrasonic rebound intelligent testing system.Client and server within thesame LAN network communications,local area network and public network communication and LAN network communication within the three different kinds of network communication mode,the client through the browser to browse intelligent acoustic meter test,for real-time monitoring of intelligent acoustic meter on the server,and combines the technique of Shared variables for data remote transmission.(3)The performance of the remote intelligent ultrasonic nondestructive testing system was tested.The developed intelligent concrete acoustic instrument was used to test the quality of the concrete specimen model.According to the actual network environment during the test,the network communication environment was divided into three modes.The test client conducted remote monitoring of the intelligent concrete acoustic instrument on the server side under three different network communication environments.The relative error of the quality test data and the data in the concrete strength conversion table are all within 3%.A remote intelligent concrete ultrasonic nondestructive testing system was developed according to the practical application requirements,and the concrete strength acoustic wave testing process is developed into an instrument,and the ultrasonic rebound intelligent testing system is realized to monitor the testing process remotely.The system has a broad application prospect.
