| Tank container is widely used in the transport of various chemical materials, pesticides, food and other liquids. Materials in the transportation not only need insulation, but also need to be heated to complete discharge in many cases. The heating and insulation processes are a complicated unsteady heat transfer. Due to the variety of environment, materials and heating, insulation structure, the structure design of tank container encounters great difficulties. Whether precision or the computational workload, traditional manual calculation is difficult to accomplish. Therefore, computer numerical analysis is the effective way to solve these difficulties.According to a kind of tank container, numerical models of heat transfer process was established and simplified reasonably. The two kind of steam heating conditions were simulated by using FLUENT software. Flow feature in the steam tube was grasped, flow rate and pressure distribution of each tube in different conditions were obtained. The temperature field and flow field distribution, their change regularity in different time were studied, the heating time range was mastered. Insulation performance of different insulation layers were numerical study. Aiming at a kind of insulation structure, heat leakage numerical analysis was carried out. The heat leakage on each surface in different time was researched. Heat leakage distribution and temperature drop regularity were obtained. The heating experiment of tank container was conducted. The accuracy of numerical analysis was proved by comparing the data which were obtained from experiment.Through the numerical analysis and experimental study of heat transfer process in tank container, a series of important datas and results were obtained. The research in this paper provided technical basis for the design of tank container's heating and insulation structure. |
