In affecting bituminous concrete performance of the many factors, mineral mixture grading is among the more important factors. In the use of norms recommend, mineral mixture grading range is very wide. Different gradation curve to the formation of different types of asphalt mixture, influence the mechanical properties of asphalt mixture. If press experience to determine the gradation of mineral mixture, not only has the blindness, and the larger workload, cannot test quantitative description of the gradation of mineral mixture and predict its way towards different with performance. Therefore, it is necessary to rubber asphalt mixture particles composed design method and quantitative system composed design. Preliminary forecast with the trend and bituminous mixture, the relationship between the performance of asphalt mixture in order to reduce the mix design process from blindness and the heavy workload, guiding asphalt mixture proportion design.Asphalt mixture with complex microstructures, is a multi-stage multi-level composite system, especially the aggregate gradation with prominent self-similarity. Therefore, this paper USES fractal theory to mineral mixture evenly, using the design of the test scheme design, fully considering many factors and the interactions between various factors influence, finally realizes the based on different way-use performance of asphalt mixture of rubber particles composed design method, the quantified that:(1) The aggregate of fractal dimension in some way, reflect the gradation aggregate spatial filling ability. (2) Dense gradation asphalt mixture with the type of the corresponding fractal dimension. Using the lg (Mx/M) and the LGX bi-logarithm coordinates functions in the chart the linear regression method of the least 28%, curve fitting, obtained the dense gradation asphalt mixture waste rubber particle size distribution of aggregates the fractal model.
