The Research Of The Management Strategy In Old Structure's Function Updating In Hangzhou

In modern society, with speeding up the process of urbanization, updating of the industrial structure, some buildings remained do not adapt to the urban development because of the adjusting of regional function and industrial structure. How to deal with these old buildings has become an urgent problem.Firstly, the article describes the background of the urban development, and sorts out the related theory and practice of old structure's function updating at home and abroad and makes comments on them. Secondly, the article focuses on the research of the three stages abroad and American's norm and tax incentive strategies in the old structure's function updating, and analyzes the management meanings, consideration factors, and management principles of the old structure's function updating.
