Research On The Transformation Planning Of The Northern Fringe Of Hangzhou

Urban fringe is an important strategic growth space for the city.From the current research status,although the research results are numerous,there is little research on the development strategy for coordinating regional transformation.At the same time,most scholars focus on marginal industry and new urban areas,and the "general fringe area" without strategic tilt still lacks relevant research.Therefore,a typical case--Hangzhou North area is selected as the research object.The research first makes a detailed collect of the concept,value evolution,growth mechanism,transformation ideas and strategic ideas of the urban fringe.Then 4 domestic and foreign cases of similar cases are selected and analyzed.After that,this article comprehensively summarizes the conditions,characteristics,difficulties,causes,advantages and opportunities of the north of the city.On this,the study discusses the development orientation of Hangzhou north area,and constructs the transformations strategy of it,and makes some forward-looking expectation on the overall layout of Hanghzou north area.According to the study,the problems of Hangzhou north area are due to its development stage,regional complexity and policy bias.The transformation of north area should grasp the four opportunities including new regional cooperation,new urban industry,new urban growth space and new urban residential space.As for transition strategy,the research puts forward the thinking of "industrial exploration,Comprehensive construction".Based on the previous study,the development strategy of "double chain drive and synergistic growth",consisting of City value chainand and Industrial value chain,is constructed to co-ordinate the transformation of the urban construction and industrial development.
