The Research Of Rainwater Management With Urban Planning Based On Urban Securit In Hangzhou

In order to solve many problems of water environmental degradation influencing urban security, this paper analyzes the rainfall, land surface, land planning and development intensity of the relationship with the stormwater runoff in Hangzhou, and considers that flooding is caused by unreasonable disposal of stormwater resources. Taking address the spatial and temporal distributed contradictions of stormwater as the core thought, the author point out the key of stormwater management is to distinguish between different causes, sources, quality of rainwater, and propose sustainable stormwater management chains by size and quality. As an important factor in urban security, the stormwater management is combined with urban planning from the macro to the micro. By analyzing different land planning goals of stormwater management and configuration of facilities proposed, this paper asserts the appropriate composition of stormwater management systems engineering, policy and project advice based on Hangzhou.
