Field dynamic balancing tester are widely used in the machinery industry that long-term use of it will cause problems such as zero drift and performance degradation,resulting in insufficient test accuracy and inaccurate test results.At present,the major metrology institutes in China do not have the corresponding calibration level and devices.Based on the principle of comparative instrument calibration and embedded technology,a high-precision intelligent field dynamic balance tester for calibration was developed and designed.The simulation signal is used to test the system,and the actual grinding wheel is balanced and verified.The experimental results show that the field dynamic balance tester conforms to the index of high precision and wide frequency domain.It can be used to compare and calibrate the field dynamic balance tester.The research contents of this paper mainly include:1.Select appropriate sensors to collect vibration signals and photoelectric signals,and design circuits with photoelectric and vibration sensors.An automatic tracking filter circuit is designed by means of PLL frequency doubling technology and state variable filter.The effective value display module of vibration is designed according to the effective value theory of vibration.2.Select STM32 series microcontroller and AD7606 sampling chip,a set of data acquisition card whose sampling frequency is 64 times of the speed frequency is designed to realize the full period sampling of the signal.Keil MDK development environment and C language were used to write the internal control program of data acquisition card.The processing and accurate upload of sampled data are realized.3.using Visual Basic to design the upper computer software.The phase Angle of amplitude is calculated by cross-correlation theory and the calibration program is written according to the principle of influence coefficient method.The spectrum analysis function is realized by FFT algorithm.4.The system is tested by analog signal experiment and actual dynamic balance trimming experiment.The linearity of the charge amplifier is tested using a standard vibration calibrator,which uses a function generator to test the spectrum analysis function and the entire test system.Finally,the actual dynamic balance operation is carried out and the field dynamic balance test system for verification is verified to meet the requirements of wide frequency domain and high precision.
