Zhe Research And Practice Of Electrical Supervision Technology In Substation

This paper first analyzes the present situation of supervision industry at home and abroad. Then, the change trend of the model of our country supervision enterprise and project supervision department is discussed. Supervision implementation rules are the most important assignments files to guide site works of project supervision department. This paper studies how to write implementation rules. Based on the mono of electrical supervision enforcement regulations of lanxi 500kV substation, this paper proposes a set of practical substation electrical supervision enforcement regulations. This article focuses on four key processes:including constructing and testing of the main ground net, assembling structure stents, installing and testing transformer and debugging relay protection. The key processes of supervision implementation are presented completely and detailed by this paper. This paper also discusses how to analyze projects characteristics of innovation and expansion of power station, points out the keys of supervision and inspection,definitudes the method of identifing and pre-controling of major hazardous sources,and introuces us how to update concepts of supervision positively. Finally this paper forecasted how to adapt to supervision of digital intelligent grid construction.
