Research On Quality Supervision System In The Process Of Large Power Transformer

This paper analyzes the status of domestic and foreign supervision industry firstly,analyzes the development of domestic and international supervision industry and the gap between China and the developed countries.Then the paper analyzes the content of the whole process supervision system and the detailed pr ocess.As the focus of this paper,the common causes of failure and failure mechanism of large power transformer will appear in the actual operation of the process is analyzed in detail,is presented based on the supervision points in the manufacturing pro cess to ensure the transformer power transformer;in the actual operation of the process is safe and reliable,the spot test of transformer,some routine the spot test process is given.At the end of this paper,the production,testing,installation of a t ransformer in Jiangsu as an example,introduces the implementation of key processes to complete the supervision process,focuses on the analysis of the experimental installation of grounding transformer and transformer testing,the effect of supervision of transformer are: various operating indexes and reliability of the transformer have reached the relevant standards at home and abroad.Some indicators have reached the international advanced level,demonstrates the importance of supervision in the process of manufacturing and installation of transformer.
