| Developing a practical and operational bidding strategy is very important to the construction company when it is common that domestic and foreign construction projects have been done after bidding. The bidding strategy should not only be according with the characteristics of the industry, but also be applied to the actual condition of the company.So the construction company should improve design and competition, and research the investment strategy then develop the defective investment strategy, which will improve the probability of successful bidding, to obtain market share, ensure the enterprise long survive and development.In this paper, base on the matter, characteristic, and the commonness of the cases of the electric power engineering, we find out the key factors affecting the tendering and bidding in the power construction program, and construct a risk analysis system for bid quotation of the electric power engineering.The paper research on the bid and tender in electric power engineering with game analysis from two points, and create the corresponding model base on the game theory.In the other hand, we used several important models, which used in biding quoting decision of construction program, to analyze the advantages and disadvantage in electric power engineering, and analyze the relative factor that affect quoting model through the examples of engineering calculation. Base on it, we promote the calculate method for bid decision making, which will improve the accuracy of bidding. At last, we verify the data in the practical case and obtain a wonderful result. In a word, the paper analyze that how to increase the bid and quote accuracy for electric power engineering in depth, which will benefit to decrease the risk of bidding price and improve the bid winning ratio. The thesis, stem from the engineering practice, has a definite engineering application background and certain application value, also guide the electric power engineering construction in reality. |
