The Study On Bidding And Tendering Management Of Logistic Engineering Project In University

The bidding and tendering system applied to the logistic engineering projects in universities has been internationally viewed as the reasonable and mature management system. Since the economic system transferred from planned economy to market economy, the implementation of bidding and tendering system is of great significance to improve the economic competition system of market economy, to optimize the allocation of university resources, to improve the quality of campus construction, to enhance the life quality of the teachers and students, to promote the healthy development of the logistics management, to curb vicious competitions, to prevent corruption, and to specify college construction market orders.The paper focuses on the analysis and research of the current situations and existing problems of the bidding and tendering system. Based on the existing gains, the paper summarized the relevant theoretical knowledge, extracted the university logistics management mode calendar in the economic system changing process, and detailed introduced the theory and development status of the bidding, tendering and bid evaluation. Besides, explored the problems in the college construction bidding system. All these researches are the scientific basis of reducing arbitrariness in evaluation process and enhancing the fairness of bid evaluation methods.University Logistics construction bidding management is a complex system, which has great significance to reduce the university environment construction investment, to ensure the quality of the project, and to shorten construction period. There are some shortcomings in this paper and which are still need for further researches and explorations.
