This dissertation analyzed the principle of shadow photography system and designed the system network architecture,depth theoretical analysis and design of key system components was conducted. Based on Advantech IPC and a timing control card,a multi-sequence,high-speed shadow photographic flash system was successfully developed. This system can accurately control high-speed CCD camera and the coordination of the laser pulse and correctly received projectile photos in the high-speed flight, at the same time, it can measure the interval from the time that the projectile left the muzzle to the current camera station accurately. So the projectile's flight rules were determined which provided an important basis for the design of projectile structure.And timing control card was designed to match the power supply circuit, reset circuit, clock circuit, the signal conditioning circuit, interface circuits of communication. The embedded system software and PC software were developed, and the appropriate hardware and software anti-interference measures were taken. The shadow camera system was successfully developed which has functions of parameter set, storage, processing, display, communication and so on. Altium Designer PCB design software was used to draw schematics and PCB. Finally, through processing and testing, the whole circuit was completedThrough the VC program, a convenient, fast control program was developed. In the help of the user interface of this program, the trigger delay time values of each channel can be preset, which has a range of 0-85s. After the experiment, various experimental data can be achieved immediately in this experiment.After commissioning and improvement, the system is able to meet the needs of the actual test and will be used in related experimental studies and research projects eventually.
