Servo valve is the heart of modern hydraulic servo control system,swing cylinder is a special hydraulic cylinder to achieve swing,both are frequently used in the field of industrial automation.The development of servo valve and swing cylinder needs the hydraulic test bench for performance testing,the production of servo valve and swing cylinder also need the hydraulic test bench for factory testing,fault diagnosis,after-sales maintenance and other work.At present,the domestic low-end hydraulic test bench has low testing accuracy,low energy efficiency,incomplete functions and poor reliability.Besides,the high-end hydraulic test-bench developed by domestic universities or imported is expensive and has poor universality.Therefore,in view of the shortcomings of the above-mentioned hydraulic testbed,this paper carries out the research on the energy-saving comprehensive test-bed for servo valve and swing cylinder,and develops a hydraulic test-bed with obvious energy-saving effect,good versatility and the ability to test servo valve and swing cylinder,which has important practical engineering significance.According to the national industry standards of servo valve and hydraulic cylinder,combined with the relevant test requirements of customers,this paper completed the design of energy-saving hydraulic servo valve and swing cylinder comprehensive test-bench.During the design of the test-bench,AMESim hydraulic system simulation analysis,Solid Works 3D modeling simulation,PLC logic control,Lab VIEW data acquisition and other technologies are used to make up for the shortcomings of most domestic hydraulic test-bench with single function and low energy efficiency.The main contributions of this thesis are as follows:1.Through the research and analysis of the related national industry standards of servo valve and swing cylinder and the related energy-saving cases of hydraulic test-bench,the overall scheme of energy-saving hydraulic servo valve and swing cylinder comprehensive testbench is designed,including the scheme of hydraulic system,electric control system and energy-saving scheme.2.Based on the overall scheme of the hydraulic system of the test bench,combined with the performance requirements of the test bench,the design of each module of the hydraulic system was completed,and according to this,the relevant hydraulic parts selection,energysaving principle analysis of servo valve test and other contents were carried out.3.Based on the consideration of the testing process in the workshop,the design concept of humanization,generalization,integration and sealing of the mechanical structure of the comprehensive test bench was proposed.Solid Works was used to complete the design of the mechanical structure,including modeling of the test bench,selection of mechanical parts,fatigue strength checking,force simulation analysis and other contents.4.Based on the overall scheme of the electronic control system of the test bench,PLC was used as the lower computer for logic control,and Lab VIEW was used to write humancomputer interaction interface and data acquisition and processing program.The design of the electronic control system of the test bench was carried out,including the selection of electrical parts,the drawing of control flow chart,and the illustration of control program.5.Based on the reliability of the test bed design,AMESim software was firstly used to model and simulate the energy-saving principle of the test bed,and the energy-saving scheme was further evaluated according to the simulation results.Secondly,based on the existing hydraulic test bench,the servo valve measurement and control program is developed.In this paper,in the design of energy-saving hydraulic servo valve and swing cylinder comprehensive test bench,the completion of the test bench hydraulic system,mechanical structure,electronic control system and other parts of the design,the comprehensive use of hydraulic,mechanical,automation and other fields of knowledge,the design of the test bench has the advantages of energy saving,high efficiency,good versatility,comprehensive advantages.In this paper,the design results of servo valve and swing cylinder integrated test bench,the research results of swing cylinder energy-saving test,for the same type and other types of test bench research and development,have a certain reference value. |
