| Guided Moving Weapon(GMW) is so important in the modern war, for which the accuracy of hitting target mainly depends on the performance of the guided control system, that the study of Vehicle Control System(VCS) is very important. The fully digital VCS based on TMS320F28335 DSP which is a Digital Signal Processor was studied in paper, whose structure and control scheme were also studied. The hardware and software of the controller have been designed, and the corresponding debugging and experiment have been done.In order to improve the performance of VCS, The new VCS is presented, which combine core processor of high-precision DSP with the advanced navigation system based on MEMS sensor, use single controller to realize the control law calculation and adopt PID algorithm to control 4 steering gears. Based on the elaborates of composition principle and structure of the VCS, studying the controlling characteristic of the "X" type Vehicle Steering Gear System(VSGS). combined segment control algorithm based on PID control algorithm is adopted in paper.Control, testing, communication and other hardware circuits were designed in aspect of the hard design by studying. The detailed software development process of TMS320 DSP is presented and the C source code is analyzed in aspect of the soft design. The software adopts modularization design to combine flight control with azimuth calculation. The anti-interference technology of software and hardware are put forward in the system design.The testing results of function modules show that the system is able to complete real-time collection of data in the sensor modules and control the VSGS. Finally, the influence factors of system performance were analyzed, and concrete improve measures were put forward in hardware circuits and software algorithms in paper. |
