In order to detect the performance of the low-altitude fuze in the proving ground, especially to check out whether it can contorl the exploding time of the rocket warhead correctly and explode at an optimum position, a set of hight measurement devices of the burst projectiles in ground proximity is need to be needed.To meet the demand of tests mentioned above, a measurement system of the low-altitude burst projectile is studied in this paper. Firstly, the hight measurement method of the burst projectiles in ground proximity is studied, the mathematical model of double area CCD intersection measurement is analysed. And then a system of the hight measurement for the burst projectiles basing on the double area CCD intersection measurement is put forward. The CCD camera, the lens, and the triggering device are determined after studying the subsystem function and the designment of subsystem in the measurement system.Secondly, the method of image synchronous acquisition in different areas basing on GPS timing is studied, The composition and the working principle of the image synchronous acquisition in different places are analyzed.And then the design proposal of the unified-time module in the system is given out. The GPS-OEM board is chosen and its function is tested.. The hardware-software of the unique-time circuit and the local time circuit in the circuits of synchronous acquisition of image are designed, the upper computer software of the circuits of synchronous acquisition of image which can display the time information and control the sending rate of the GPS-OEM board is designed, the inter-station wireless communication system is studied.And then the wireless communication protocol basing on TCP technology is designed.Finally, the image synchronous acquisition circuit for different place is simulated, the PCB board is maked, and then is debugged and mounted. The testing precision of the synchronous acquisition is verifyed by the functional experiment of the circuit. The errors are analyzed. The results show that the method of the image synchronous acquisition for different place is feasible, the error is less than 10μs, which can meet the technology specification of the system.
