With the concept of sustainable development in the construction of the deep, green building began much attention. Establish a green building can actually preferred decision-making model to promote green building development. Home and abroad on green building assessment study after many, but for project decision-making phase of the analysis is sparse. This paper studied the contents of the green building life cycle from the point of view, to consider green building construction than the traditional incremental costs and the environmental benefits of green building, economic benefits, a comprehensive analysis of green building.The paper first in-depth study of domestic and international green building technical measures based on the green building evaluation criteria selected for the festival with the outdoor environment, energy conservation and energy use, materials and material use, water conservation and water use, indoor environmental quality and operational management of the typical technical measures. Then according to the environment, resource economics, theory and cost-benefit analysis of green building features, costs and benefits separately for quantitative analysis, the establishment of the Chengdu area green building (residential) cost-effectiveness of the relational database.
