China is gradually becoming the world power, the rise of GDP growth rate is nearly10%each year, but behind the rapid development, hidding the problem of excessive energy consumption.From "sustainable development" that is put forward in2003to promoting green building present, green building is more and more attention to people in China.But green building is introduced concept in China for a short tin. Throughout the research of the green building in China, the research almost aimmed at concept and technique, lacking in systematic economic statistics and research. On the basis of whole life cycle theory, this paper set up the cost-benefit evaluation method and incremental analysis methods in the perspective of economic, used cost-benefit analysis method to evaluate the green building,combined with the actual case of chengdu area,and scientifically analyzed the economic feasibility of green building,.This paper first introduced the green building research at inland and abroad, the concept, characteristics. This paper is on the basis of the whole life cycle cost theory to recognize and measure the green building incremental costs and incremental benefits in strict accordance with the requiremen of "green building evaluation standard". This paper gave direct and indirect benefit unified and comparabilitlity in view of the three aspects benefits of the economic, social and environmental. cost benefit analysis model of green building is set up from the perspective of society as a whole evaluation of economic feasibility and development prospect.On the basis of those, This paper combined cost benefit analysis method with risk analysis method, considering the influence of the uncertainty of each evaluation index, evaluating that green building can not only gain benefits, but also resist risk.A three-star green building in chengdu area as an example, This paper analyzed the incremental costs and incremental benefits, used the single factor sensitivity analysis method and multi-factor sensitivity analysis method, comprehensively considered the several uncertain factors of the incremental amount investment, price of electricity, price of water, electricity saving, water saving to influence the cost benefit evaluation index for green buliding.The evaluation results showed that the green building can not only produce huge economic benefits, but also can bring significant environmental benefits and social benefits.At the same time the benefits that is produced by the green building can make up the initial increase in investment,people can recover the incremental costs in less than10years.And with the rise of electricity price, water price, its economic indicators is better, the corresponding resistance risk ability is stronger.Green building has huge development prospects. Finally This paper put forward to the proposal about the development problems of green building that need to be studied.This paper used cost-benefit analysis method to evaluate the green building incremental costs and benefits analysis in the angle of economics.The achievements made up for the inadequacy of economic research in green building, offered a scientific evaluation method, provided a reference for the development of green architecture and design optimization.
