| In the process of the word’s booming economic development, environment and resource problem is more and more prominent, taking the strategy of sustainable development has been an irresistible trend. As a new way of construction, green building is totally correspond to this goal. But because green building started late in china, together with the higher investment relative to traditional architecture in prior period, there are many misunderstanding on green building in the society. The thesis aims at this problem, based on the life cycle theory, analysis the incremental cost and incremental benefit of and put forward incremental cost and benefit model over the life-cycle of green building. We want to prove the superiority of green building over traditional architecture and provide powerful support for green building’s promotion. The thesis is divided into six parts. The first part is the thesis’introduction part, it introduces the research background and research status at home and abroad, then points out deficiencies of this research and indicates the thesis’research objectives and significance, then indicates the research contents and method. The second part is the thesis’theoretical review, first of all, it introduces the details of the life cycle theory and its development process, then expounds the green building’s concept, characteristics and distinctions from traditional architecture. The third part analyses the cost and benefit of green building, first of all, it expounds the composition、characteristics and main affecting factors of green building’s cost, then analyses the green building’s benefit from three parts such as economy, environment and society, then sets forth correlation theory and puts forward the evaluation methods and index. The fourth part analyses the incremental cost and incremental benefit of green building, indicates the details of them and relevant quantitative calculation methods. Based on this analysis, this part establishes an incremental cost and benefit model over the life-cycle of green building, then introduces every index and their quantitative method. Chapter five selects a certain green building example, analyses the incremental cost and incremental benefit of this project and verifies the feasibility of the model. The last part provides the conclusions and expectation of this thesis, summarizing the thesis’main working achievement and shortcomings. |
