With the energy crisis and environmental problems become increasingly serious, the development and utilization of new energy sources such solar energy are more and more important.However, the problem that low efficiency of solar energy utilization and high costs is always affecting and blocking the popularization of heliotechnics. This paper is to give a method against the problem of energy waste in the solar energy field, which have a great significance to broaden the field of solar energy utilization.The paper presents a hybrid dual-axis sun tracking control system based on weather condition judgment. The system firstly judge the weather conditions,and then,according to the weather condition, adopt the method of sun trajectory tracking or the photoelectric tracking and sun trajectory tracking combine together. Proposed specific design ideas and methods of photoelectric tracking. Analyzed and determined the sun trajectory calculation method to verify the feasibility.Then a small dual-axis tracking system based on above solar tracking methods was designed. The system consists of a dual-axis tracking devices and tracking control system, which the tracking device was designed in order to analyze and achieve the tracking control system In order to achieve photoelectric tracking, a high-precision light cylinder photoelectric sensor was designed and made.The corresponding MCU system has been designed, including the hardware and the software part. The hardware design included the framework designing, photoelectric sensor signal conditioning circuits, absolute encoder, stepper motor, an external clock, LCD,manual control and so on. The software design completed the function of every hardware modules, data processing of photoelectric detection,driving control of the tracking device and multi-level menu control interface programming, realized closed-loop photoelectric tracking, closed-loop sun trajectory tracking, manual control and so on various functions.And then study a method that used fuzzy recognition theory to weather condition judgment. Finally, the photoelectric tracking, the sun trajectory tracking and the hybrid tracking experiments were carried out to verify the rationality of the system hardware and software design, the system can operate independently and stably. Used of matlab fuzzy toolbox to establish fuzzy recognition function for the weather condition judgment, verified the reliability and feasibility.
