A high-power air-conditioning inverter drives with PFC (Power Factor Correction) function was designed and developed in this paper.Firstly, Domestic and international development and research trends of PFC and the importance of the PFC technology research was introduced in this paper, also passive PFC technology and active PFC technology was described. Focusing on the PFC main circuit topology and PFC control method to analyze various types of PFC method on the basis of analyze its basic operating principle. Secondly, To determine using PFC main circuit topology and control—One-Cycle Control of Boost active PFC technology based on research and analysis on the PFC and one-cycle control Boost active PFC technology works was detailed introduced.A6KW Air-conditioning inverter drives was designed and developed based on theoretical analysis. This inverter drives with active PFC technology to achieve power factor correction function, and improve the DC bus voltage. The main circuit and control circuit of the inverter drives was designed and module function to be analyzed in this paper to meet the requirements of engineering and technology. The TI TMS320LF2407A be used to achieve the frequency control and one-cycle control PFC function.Improve the processing speed and reduce the volume of the variable frequency drive.Finally, a lot of experimental verification have been done in the inverter of air-conditioning system and the experimental results have been detailed analyzed. Experimental results show that the variable frequency drives meet the design requirements, power factor close to1.And has the following characteristics:small size of the variable frequency drive; input current distortion is small; high power factor; high energy efficiency. This inverter drives is an experimental economy are strong, could be widely used. |
