Research On Risk Management Of BT Model Project And Engineering Application

In recent years, BT model, as a new mode of financing construction mode, was widely used in the construction of infrastructure and public utilities. It is not only meet the diversified demands of investors in construction field, but also effective easing government investment pressure, increase the efficiency of construction of infrastructure projects. But, at present, BT financing construction is still at the primary stage in our country, lots of risk factors are not clear to control. And with the competition of construction market becoming more and more fierce, risk management of project has been one of the most important measures in the enterprise management, so it is necessary to perfect our BT financing construction mode risk management.This paper firstly introduces the construction pattern of financing to present a background and the domestic and foreign development present situation, mainly aims to build risk management model of BT mode, the research of primary coverage are as following:First, the paper describes the concept of BT mode and process operation. Meanwhile, it analyses the problem that exists in risk management of BT mode project, and necessary of research.Secondly, analysis the risk factor in each stage of BT mode, apart main risk factor from the others, and introduce the model of risk management theory and the method of risk assessment, especially, introduce Level Analysis Method, Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation, Expert Analysis questionnaire and Monte Carlo simulation, and their superiorities and shortcomings, And propose response methods to solve.Finally, this paper choose to adopt Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method and constructing the overall risk assessment model of BT project, bases on project risk management theory, and uses of method of combination of theoretical and empirical, to assess the risk of AUST project, from project risk discern and project risk analysis, risk assessment and risk control are presented in very detail, weighting depends on experts' mark, the analysis result shows that the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of AUST project get73.81, it is can be accept by the investor. And the constructing the overall risk assessment mode get87, it is worth to invest.
