Tourism Real Estate Landscape Planning And Research Relying On Mountain Resources

Recent years,mountain tourism real estate as a type of tourism real estate,due tothe drive of it,has gradually been concerned by us,the huge economic,social andecological benefits promote the development of it has a rapid growth.As a new realestate,whether in theoretical study or in practice,there are obvious deficiency,thepurpose of this paper is to perfect the tourism real estate landscape planning theorysystem and mountain estate landscape resources protection system,which haveimportant significances in theory and practice for exploring the sustainabledevelopment of mountain tourism real estate.(1)Firstly,the paper summarizes the general situation,research status,contentsand related theory for domestic and overseas' tourism real estate,based on the foreigntourism real estate' development situation and experience to analyse and explore theexisting problems in China.(2)Use3S techniques and SWOT analysis methods,combined tourismscience,landscape architecture,ecology and related theory,studied the principle ofdevelopment,planning ideas,goals and baisis for mountain tourism realestate,explored the tourism real estate landscape planning theory system and mountainlandscape resources protection system.(3)As an example of E-mei mountain QiLiping tourism resort area in MeiShanof SiChuan province,using the above related theory,methods and techniques,trying tomaximize the efficiency in the development of mountain tourism real estate,ensuringthe scientificalness,functionality,benefits and sustainability in developmet.This research identified the type of mountain tourism real estate,futher exploredthe specific planning measures in the development of it,filled the theory vacancy ofthis area,perfected the system info,brought new ideas and put forward clear planningdirection and method.
