Street lamp control system has great significance in urban lighting construction, and low cost, high reliability of the street lamp monitoring information transmission means is the key link. This paper combines the power line carrier communication and the two-way Automatic Communication to transmit the street lamp control information. Every street lamp control terminal has the function of the carrier communication and detecting the voltage distortion. When the carrier communication has difficulties to transmit the information, the one-way power frequency voltage distortion communication can guarantee the street lamp downlink control information to be reliable transmitted as a backup method, and ensure street lamps on and off. Because of the huge number of street lamp control terminal don't need uplink modulation circuit, they don't have the silicon controlled, drive circuit and modulated resistance, communication equipments have low cost.In the work of the transformer station area power frequency communication, because of the different transformer capacity difference is very big, this paper simulated the device parameters of the power frequency voltage distortion signal in the transformer station area and studied a method to ensure the voltage distortion rate through adjusting the conduction angle of silicon controlled and the voltage distortion detection method based on the time difference and cross correlation technology, on this basis, this paper developed a voltage distortion signal detection circuit based on the ATmega88and10A/D converter in the ATmega88.In the term of power line carrier communication, based on the spread-spectrum technology, ATmega88and analog comparator, this paper developed a communication circuit which can realize the power line communication through software calculation and reflect the channel status parameters.As the power frequency communication rate is low, under normal circumstances, the power line carrier communication should be used to transmit the control information. In order to improve the success rate of carrier communication, based on the street lamp control system model, this paper studied a route optimization method based on ant colony algorithm. Simulation results show that, using the channel parameters which are obtained in the demodulation process, the relay path can be determined more accurately and quickly.
