| The rural power accounted for nearly half of total power consumption, and it was an important part of electric power system in China. The level of computerization of the rural power grid played a significant role in the improvement of the entire power industry management and information level.The history of Geographic Information System (GIS) in rural power equipment management was shorter than the other information systems, and the power management didn't give a full important display of GIS. Even more important is that, because of the difference of the rural power structures, management style, foreign technology and equipment could not be completely adapted to the reality of our country, while the rural power grid device nodes were scattered, its work was always related with location. IS could be more intuitive to operate and manage in rural power management. Therefore, it was necessary that GIS should be developed according to the actual situation of our country, combined with the real environment.The data is the key to success of rural power management system based on GIS, The accuracy of electric line, pole tower and electric equipment in rural power management system depended on the rural power system of fundamental geographic data.Based on the real problems in practical work, this thesis mainly studied massive image and vector data releasing technology and client-side caching technology. They were aimed to address the releasing of image and vector data and quick access to client-side. This technology contained geographic data tiles of server-side and client-side which used local cache technology. The server and client transferred image pictures and properties data instead of spatial data. Image data were pre-stratified according to different scales and it was generated to picture by sub-block. When the client requested data, the server did not only need to generate data on the server side in real-time, but also generate pictures according to the scope and scale which the client requested. The tiles were joined into a good picture which meet the range of the client requirements.It would be send to client in advance before the next operation during the free time of the operating.Thus it could greatly reduce the waiting time of clients and improve the user experiences. |
