| Water has a close connection with the urban survival and development in Hunan province. However, with the rapid process of urbanization, water system in rural areas began to change, such as the deterioration of water quality,the decreasing of the area of water, flood or drought deepened and other water problems are increased gradually.This article studies from the irrigation, water conservancy, river ecosystem management and restoration, rural water system and other aspects, choose the water system in ShiNiujiang town Taojiang county as the object. Carries on the thorough investigation and study over the central part of Hunan hilly areas water system protection and utilization. The results are as follows:(1)Problems in the protection and utilization of the water system in hilly areas reflect in these ways:â‘ Although there is abundant water resources, but the utilization rate is not high, easy to form the natural disasters.â‘¡It isn't paying enough attention to water ecological problems in water system utilization process.â‘¢The management and protection of the original good water system are not effective.(2)Proposing basic principles and three basic modes on protection and utilization of hilly areas:â‘ The construction of low-high-water reservoir to form the overall controlled circulation water system of " high reservoir storage and low reservoir stranded rain' ecological flood control model.â‘¡According to the requirements of the reservoirs, ponds, streams, river and other water system, have made different proposals ecological revetment mode, in order to restore the natural ecological water system.â‘¢Establishing sound township-level water management institutions, landscape maintenance system and improving awareness of the need to protect water over citizens' views.(3)Taking the whole water system planning and design at ShiNiujiang town as an example,put the theoretical models of water system protection and utilization of the water into use.This article aims to study the Hunan rural water system protection and utilization mode, explore the construction and development of rural water systems in the future. In order to slow down the serious phenomenon in the hilly areas of flood and drought disasters. Reduce the damage to developing and using of water system during the urbanization process in rural areas. Assure that water can be sustainable resource in rural production and basic living. Enhance the comprehensive utilization efficiency of water system. Provide the basis for the maintenance of rural natural ecology landscape pattern on water protection in hilly areas. |
