| China is in the stage of large-scale new-type urbanization construction, which will last for 30-35 years.Against the background of global energy and environmental problems, the comprehensive work plan of energy conservation and emission reduction in the 13 th five-year plan proposes that China must strengthen the energy conservation of buildings. We took the lead in launching the action on advanced standards for building energy conservation, and carried out a pilot project to build buildings with ultra-low and near-zero energy consumption. It is found that integrated building design method plays an important role in building energy conservation.A large number of scholars at home and abroad have built integrated architectural design methods, processes and overall framework.Integrated architectural design is the process of considering and optimizing the design of the whole system(including technical equipment and surrounding environment)from the whole life cycle. The key to it is the multi-professional design method from the beginning of the project. At present, there are few detailed integrated design processes aiming at the hot summer and cold winter climate characteristics and hilly terrain characteristics in hunan.Through organizing, determine the research object of this article for hunan hilly area of multi-layer town houses, field investigation and concluded the hunan hilly region traditional local-style dwelling houses of low-energy adaptive strategy,by refining the adaptive strategy as an integrated design strategy, and be used in the integration process, the emphasis on hunan hilly area of urban residential integrated design process, key research town residential strain dynamic adaptive strategies and climate, the integration of advanced technology at home and abroad. This paper expounds the idea of integrated design from the architectural point of view of the integrated design process of each stage. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter describes the background and significance of the subject, and defines the relationship and scope between the research objects. The research and development of integrated architectural design at home and abroad are reviewed. The second chapter explains the concept of integrated design and the desi gn principle and evaluation method in the field of housing, the third chapter research and analysis of hunan hilly region on the traditional village--creek village,it is concluded that the traditional local-style dwelling houses in village environment, the construction practice, the layout of the terrain shading and ventilation adaptive strategies, the fourth chapter is the core of this paper, through extracting traditional local-style dwelling houses of adaptive strategies and application of integrated design, starting from the climate background of hunan hilly region, with the help of computer simulation software in this paper, the early stage of integration design, the influence factors of plan, the detailed design phase,A set of integrated design strategy and integrated process suitable for multi-storey town house in hilly area of central hunan province is obtained. The fifth chapter is a case demonstration. It conducts a field survey on an existing residential area in central hunan(using traditional design method),optimizes the current residential area through integrated design method, and compares the results of the two with the results of computer simulation software. In the end,the author summarizes the whole paper and draws a set of integrated design process and technical strategy for multi-storey urban residence under the special terrain and climate background in hilly area of central hunan province. To achieve the goal of reducing building energy consumption. In order to solve the typical energy consumption problems of newly-built and existing urban residential buildings in the current urbanization construction in central hunan province,it is necessary to form an integrated design method of technical schemes and technical measures for low-energy buildings with regional characteristics, reduce environmental pollution, and meet the requirements of ecological residential buildings. |
