Research In Special Vehicle Scheduling Model Of Large Scale Sports Events

Public traffic as the main mode of transport for special traffic in various large-scalesports events nowadays, plays an irreplaceable role to meet the various needs of transportation.However, due to the particularity special traffic flow characteristic of large sports events, itputs forward higher requirements to traffic control of the large-scale sports events. Based onthe dedicated traffic demand of large scale sports events, this paper studied on special trafficscheduling model, so that it can provide an efficient, timely transportation services to thespecial transportation service groups.First of all, this article starts from basic principles and requirements of the busdispatching optimization, analyzes the situation of bus scheduling, traffic organization athome and abroad and then summarizes the main problems, draws out the research focus.Secondly, according to the characteristics of large scale sports events, summarized thedefinition of the existing several large sporting events, analyzed traffic characteristics, trafficorganization characteristics during the sports events; from the special traffic scheduling needs,analyzed the special traffic service group classification and travel demand.Then, according to the transportation dispatching technology, special traffic operationand characteristics of passenger flow, gave traffic scheduling optimization principle of thelarge-scale sports events, analyzed the influence factors of scheduling and the cost of thesystem composition, laid the theoretical foundation for the later chapters,Finally, according to the major sports special traffic arriving law, in order to predict thelarge-scale sports event dedicated passenger traffic demand as the basis, established publictransport scheduling optimization model and its algorithm. The objective function of themodel considering the different period of time arrive public transportation site audiencewaiting time, operation cost, make with less operating costs to achieve the most accuratespecial transportation needs. In order to verify the practicability of the model algorithm,selected the data of the World University Games in Shenzhen, and through comparison thebefore and the after optimization of the waiting time, operation cost and total cost, theoptimization scheme is evaluated.
