| Bridge crane is a kind of important transport and lifting equipment widelyapplied in national economic construction. Along with the rapid development ofthe science and technology as well as economy, the requirements of the productconsumers towards the performance of Bridge crane itself become more andmore high. Besides, the product consumers demand to reduce the design cycle asfar as possible, in order to get good economic benefits. At the same time, alongwith the wide application and rapid development of computer technology,especially the popular application of the CAD technology and the drawingsoftware, the design of mechanical products mainly relies on the developedsoftware in large extent. Although at present the software used in the design hasturned from the original2dimension to3dimension, these softwares still can'tmeet the requirements of the serialization of products design and fast parametricdesign. This requires appropriate secondary development for software,developing professional designs and analysis modules for quick mechanicalproduct design and modification. In recent years,a number of advanced modernmechanical design method has come out, especially the finite element method,which has become the preferred method in the design analysis and check ofmodern machinery. In order to improve the design level and efficiency of thebridge crane, this paper applied modern machinery design method such asparametric technology and finite element analysis and optimization design tohold a quick system research of bridge crane bridge structure.In this paper, it has developed a based on APDL, setting model, structureanalysis, parameter optimization in one of the special bridge crane bridgestructure analysis module by using ANSYS. When designing this type ofstructure, it can quickly input or modification parameters to complete differentmodels' establishment. Meanwhile, it also can carry out static and dynamicanalysis of bridge structure and optimize important parameters according to theresults of the analysis, realizing the optimization design of the bridge.Using ANSYS software internal orders and APDL language and parametric technology, it established the finite element parametric model of bridge structure,which makes model's establishment and modify convenient and quick, not easygoing to be wrong. The parametric analysis of bridge crane structure has becompleted by using ANSYS secondary development technology. Through thecloud of bridge structure shows, the result of the strength, stiffness and vibrationmode and the stress distribution of the bridge frame structure while the small carrunning and so on have been analyzed. On this basis, parameters optimization ofbridge structure has been completed through the development of theoptimization module. It not only shortens the design development cycle andimproves work efficiency, but also greatly reduces bridge of its own weight,achieving good economic benefits.This paper is a research incorporated design, modeling, analysis andoptimization, which is the specific application of the modern mechanicalmethod,and it has important significance for fast design and design level raisingof bridge. |
