Bid quote plays a decisive role in the whole business of an enterprise and it is related to the development, even survival of the enterprise. Thus, it is very crucial how to solve the problems and shortcomings in the bid quote of China's construction enterprises, win the bid, reduce the risk, and obtain the maximum benefit, which has important realistic significance for improving the level of bid quote of the construction enterprise and also the development of the whole construction industry.This paper is divided into six chapters. The structure is as follow:the first chapter is an introduction; the second chapter states briefly about the engineering quantity list valuation pattern; the third chapter is the analysis and application of standard selection decision for bidding; the fourth chapter is the engineering quantity list quotation preparation; the fifth chapter is the determination of quoted price for bid and bid strategies and techniques; the sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.The analysis and application of standard selection decision is to solve the problems for which bid project should be selected. In this paper, the writer selects bid project by using gray correlation analysis method, which is based on the step of determining the index weight through using the analytic hierarchy process. BOQ (engineering quantity list quotation) preparation starts from the principle of BOQ. In this paper, the writer introduces the compilation of enterprise's quota and cost information establishment in view of the present situation that most construction enterprises lack of enterprise quota and cost information. According to the process of the engineering quantity list quotation preparation, this thesis illustrates the engineering quantity list valuation table. The focus of determining quoted price for bid is how to apply the fuzzy analysis method to determine the rate of profit, obtain a competitive and profitable quotation by calculating. The strategies and skills of bid quote are to increase the likelihood of success in the bid and achieve a better yield in the future.By means of the above research, the writer hopes to be able to provide reference for the bid quote of construction companies.
