| Along with the transformation of modern commercial architectures and the exploitationof urban recreational resources, recreational activities and commercial activities become moreinterpenetrative, and the lines between commercial spaces and recreational spaces are blurred. As a result, there come recreational commercial buildings, which meet the demand of bothcommercial activities and relaxation. And for this type of buildings, the exterior space wherebusiness streamlines lie and recreational activities happen is especially important, whichdrives me to write on such subject. Here is the basic text structure:In the introduction part, this paper first describes the research background, gives a cleardefinition to the exterior space of recreational commercial buildings, and then bysummarizing domestic and overseas academic publications in related areas, the author pointsout the value of this dissertation, and forms the basic research framework. In the next two chapters, the paper further analyzes some factors that may influence theexterior space of recreational commercial buildings, and classifies all the design contents intofour layers:·The project planning, which mainly refers to setting a theme for space.·The general layout, which incorporates space configuration, spatial scale control, andthe arrangement of space sequences.·The spatial interface design, which has a direct bearing on customers' spatialexperience.· The setting of auxiliary elements, which means adding some non-stationarycomponents or subsidiary factors (e. g. flexible facilities and attractive activities) to space. And in the last chapter, taking full account of the influencing factors, the author stepwiseputs forward certain design strategies for the exterior space of recreational commercialbuildings, according to the four layers of design contents. |
