Vehicle rollover has become an important safety issue, and the harm is considerable. In particular, because of their unique working environment, dependent suspension military cross-country vehicles are more prone to rollover accidents. Military cross-country vehicle rollover seriously affects the army's combat capability. The thesis mostly aims at the phenomena of leaf springs dependent suspension military cross-country vehicles are more prone to rollover under special driving conditions such as in large lateral ramp, synthetically considering diversified main factors of affect vehicles rollover, taking a certain type of military cross-country vehicles as an example, has founded a Electronically-controlled hydraulic anti-rollover model of cross-country vehicles rear axle, and through accomplishing simulation analysis through hydraulic simulation software AMESim software to verify the feasibility of the program, it carries out some attempts and explore for vehicle Anti-Rollover.The thesis has summarized study actuality of vehicles rollover, introduced several major vehicle anti-rollover system. It concretely analyses the various external factors and vehicle interior design factors of affect vehicles rollover, and earnestly mechanical analyses rollover principle of dependent suspension vehicle rollover model.Basing on the principally analyses of vehicle rollover effect of leaf spring dependent suspension vehicles rear axle, according to the structure and performance parameters of military cross-country vehicles, and after accomplishing computer simulation through MTLAB simulation software, it finds out the critical value of vehicles rollover, and educes the relation graphs between the vehicles rollover angle and the mechanical force or the deformation of the leaf spring. This thesis has established an Electronically-controlled hydraulic anti-rollover model of cross-country vehicles rear axle. And it also has accomplished simulation analysis through hydraulic simulation software AMESim software, contrastively analyzed the mechanical circs of before and after improved vehicle rollover, and verified the feasibility of the program.
