| The leaf spring suspension is a main part of truck components,and it has an important influence on the safety and stability of the vehicle.Determining the form and designing the leaf spring effectively is an important part of the overall arrangement.With the development of modern science and technology,the design method,structure form,material and the manufacturing method of steel plate spring have been greatly improved.This paper research on the design process of the multi leaf spring and few leaf sp-ring,the calculation model of stiffness and strength of steel plate spring suspension on the basis of common curvature and concentrated load method,and analyze the influen-ces of the design of the free camber plate on the assembly and the camber of prestress-ed.Aiming at large changes of spring,and considering the design requirement of the strength and the natural frequency,a method for designing the main spring was propo-sed.Section design leaves on parabola,trapezoidal plate spring with variable cross section and stiffness calculation is analyzed and studied on the basis of stress criterion.The optimal mathematical model of multi leaf spring,little leaf spring,vice principal of three spring was built,based on the plate spring number,width and thickness,plate length,the leaf spring suspension assembly quality as the objective function,the requirements of strength,stiffness and process constraints.The establishment of the multi leaf spring,little leaf spring optimization of man-machine interaction system is simple and easy to operate,just type related parameters in the user interface for leaf spring leaf spring optimal design parameters.Through establishing the mathematical model of the Leaf spring suspension and optimizing the design progress,a easy-to-operate human-computer interaction software was developed.The properities of comfort and stability have been met and the light weight design has been realized,which can achieve the the market demand. |
