The Asarum Splends was used as materials in the paper.We selected the levels of hormone and the solution culture as variables. compared morpHological indexes and pHysiological indexes. At last has distinguished the difference between soil-cultured plant and solution-cultured plant in morpHological.In order to know the proper cirumstance for growing and hydroponics technology of Asarum Splends.All the reserches above may provide some academic and technical supports for hydroponics.The results are follows:(1) Rooting experiment in solution of Asarum Splends. Effects of different IAA,IBA,NAA and treatment of time leves on Asarum Splends were studied through orthogonal experiment.The result shows treating with IAA4mg/L+ IBA4mg/L+ NAA0mg/L,then keep 12 hours dunking for Asarum Splends can grow well.Under hydroponics conditions, within the concentration of this experiment, hormone can hasten the growing development of Asarum Splends.According to its morpHology indexs,the treatment 6(IAA4mg/L+ IBA4mg/L+ NAAOmg/L,12 hours dunking) was superior to other treatments.The root number was 46.8,length of root was 3.44, leaves number was 2.5,the survival rate was 97.2%. The content of chl was1.922mg/g, the candy content was 8.353%, activity of SOD was 8.515g/FW,activity of roots were 6.3752μgTPF·g-1FW·h-1,compared with other treatment,treatment 6 showed especial significant difference, under hydroponics condition the content of MDA showed no significant difference.(2) Nutrition solution and condition selecting of Asarum Splends. Various morpHology indexes of different consistency treatment were get an advantage of clean water contrast.0.25 times consistency of Knop (1685),Hoagland and Snyde (1938),Hewitt (1952) were better than one times,0.5 times and 0.125times.0.5times consistency of Japan (1966) treatment were better than one tinmes,0.25times and 0.125times. Content of cla in differernt consistency of Japan (1966) treatment were higher than Knop(1685),Hoagland and Snyde(1938),Hewitt(1952), Japan (1966).Under the solution-cultured condition,the content of MDA were low, it show no significant difference between different consistency treatment. The cady content,activity of SOD,activity of roots with 0.5 times consistency,compared with other consistency, they showed especial significant difference.(3) MorpHlological and anatomic observation of Asarum Splends. Under solution cultured condition,the observation of root and stem slice indicate that the parenchyma cells were bulky,the cell wall was thin.Epidermis cell and collenchyma of stem were reduced.The thicness epidermis of leaves,palisade cell were reduced,the cell was bulky,arrangement loose.The dissolved aernchyma was clear. The result showed the hydrpHyte morpHology trait. Asarum Splends was suit for solution-cultured.
