In this experiment, 0 to 3 weeks in AA broiler diets to study the different levels of tryptophan on growth performance and blood biochemical indexes to determine the corn - soybean meal diet of AA broilers fed tryptophan The optimum dosage, provide a theoretical basis for the actual production, thus speeding up the pace of the domestic application of tryptophan additives to promote the development of feed industry and animal husbandry.Single factor completely randomized experimental group design, select 180 one day aged AA broilers were randomly divided into five treatment groups, each dealing with 6 replicates of 6 chickens.Group I was the control group fed on corn - soybean meal based diet, group II ,group III , group IV ,group V as test group were fed diets based on 0.03%,0.06%,0.09%,0.12% Tryptophan diet.During the trial, weighed and recorded feed intake per week, 5 days and 21 days when the blood tests were conducted blood biochemical parameters were measured, and determination of the thymus, spleen, bursa, etc. and record the weight of immune organs.Feeding trial results showed that the level of dietary tryptophan AA broilers daily gain, feed intake and feed conversion ratio. And add a level of 0.06% was the best. Too high or too low tryptophan levels were not the best production performance of broiler chickens to play. Antioxidant index results showed that dietary tryptophan on serum and liver GSH-PX, SOD, T-AOC and MDA concentration had significant effects (P <0.05), with increased levels of GSH-tryptophan PX, SOD, T-AOC have shown the trend of first increase and then decrease, MDA has first and then increase, of which 5 days of age to add 0.06% ~ 0.09% of tryptophan is better, add 21 days of age 0.06% tryptophan group best. The results show that immune parameters, with the added level of dietary tryptophan changes in serum immunoglobulins and the influence of interleukin -2 had significant effects on (P <0.05), 21 in the entire trial period Within days, all add to the level of tryptophan was 0.06% and 0.09% to the highest level.Addition level of tryptophan and 5 days of age the thymus index 0.06% higher group, but each group no significant difference (P> 0.05), spleen and thymus index were significantly higher (P <0.05), 21æ—¥Age, the thymus and bursa index level of 0.06% tryptophan levels were significant (P <0.05), spleen index among the groups was no significant difference, but 0.06% was the highest.Serum hormone index results showed that in 5 days and 21 days, with elevated levels of tryptophan added, T3, T4, GH has a rising trend, while Cort has decreased, from the entire experimental period , the 5th day and 21st of integrated day, when the level of tryptophan added 0.06% and 0.09% of broiler serum T3, T4, GH concentration was significantly higher (P <0.05), and Cort Concentration was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05).The fats and the sugar metabolism test result indicated that in the meat chick feeds increases the different level the tryptophan to be possible the varying degree to reduce in the meat chick blood serum the blood sugar and the blood fats density, And on 5th time age increases 0.06% tryptophan group GLU and the TP density remarkable first control group, TG each group of between differences is not remarkable, but was still lowest by 0.06% horizontal tryptophan group, on 21st when age increases 0.06% tryptophan group GLU, TG, the TP density to be lowest. The results of protein metabolism showed that: Dietary tryptophan can be different with different levels of improvement in the level of serum protein, blood urea nitrogen levels will have varying degrees of reduction.Added on day 5 of 0.06% and 0.09% tryptophan broilers when the concentration of serum TP and ALB were significantly higher (P <0.05), BUN was the lowest, 21 days 0.06% dietary , the broiler serum TP, ALB was the highest, BUN was the lowest. The union of growth test results, blood test results and slaughter test results, the 0 to 3 weeks of age broilers optimum level of dietary tryptophan is 0.06% to 0.09%.
