Heilongjiang Province Acanthopanax Resource And Study Of Endophytic Fungi

Two stages of this project is in the front on the basis of postgraduate research,field investigations and interviews and survey methods used on large common study on acanthopanax senticosus of medicinal plants;use of microbiology-related tools on endophytic fungi from wild acanthopanax senticosus and its study on antibacterial activity of secondary metabolites.To looking for resources and the ecological factors of acanthopanax senticosus dependency,for the realization of acanthopanax senticosus resources are important for sustainable development.The study by field survey and sampling to obtain three different habitats of wild acanthopanax senticosus distribution data and related data,explains acanthopanax senticosus of resource and environment-related.Analysis factor of soil condition and growth of acanthopanax senticosus dependency,and one of the growth of good origin of endophytic fungi from wild acanthopanax senticosus stem training,analysis of antibacterial activities of endophytic fungi and their secondary metabolites,lay the foundations for looking for new antibacterial drugs.Results showed that soil available nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in the soil factor values have a certain influence on individual growth of acanthopanax senticosus.Isolation of endophytic fungi of variety,with both 3 indicates 5 strains bacteria has an antibacterial effect,9 strains of endophytic fungi on 1 or 2 indicating bacteria showed different degrees of inhibition and the remaining strains are no antibacterial effects. Antibacterial activities of endophytic fungi from 14 after fermentation,11 strains of endophytic fungus fermentation liquid on antifungal activities of 1 indicates that the bacteria have at least 3 strains of endophytic fungus fermentation liquid to 3 indicating bacteria inhibitory effect is not obvious.Heilongjiang province Yi Chun,Bei An city, Dong Ning County ,as the main resources of the area of acanthopanax senticosus, external factors in acanthopanax senticosus herbs play a decisive role in the formation of genuineness,fungus on improving drug ingredients therein have some relevance.
