In this study, it was investigated on growth patterns and temperature conditions of Osmunda cinnamomea L. var. asiatica. We had got basically the process of growth and development, its life history. The collection period of spores is a ground-breaking 15-20 days; By electron microscopy of spores, it was found that the spores'surface ornamentation in the wild and domesticated was to be roughly the same, radiate a massive warts, however, spores of wild thorn warts block surface tilting, while the domestic spores are more smooth, as a distinction between wild and domesticated spores basis; The experiments made an anatomical microscopic observation of stems and leaves, understanding of the stem and leaf cell structure. The thickness of transplanted area humus can reach 30-40cm, and it's small about bulk density, but significantly higher than other areas in soil field capacity, with good water retention. It has higher hair pores and vents degree, maintain more water, and good ventilation. Its porosity is higher than the other soil samples, good for the growth and development of Osmunda cinnamomea L. var. asiatica. To aim directly at the characteristics of Osmunda cinnamomea L. var. asiatica, it was also studied on germination of Osmunda cinnamomea L. var. asiatica spores and culture conditions of gametophyte and sporophyte in order to speed up the process of reproduction. The results showed that different medias have different effects on spore germination time, germination rate and growth of gametophytes, which protect the soil and a 1:1 mixture of peat soil matrix on spore germination of a certain role in promoting germination at least the required number of days. In dark conditions, the spores hardly germinate, normal temperature difference and lighting by alternating day and night are better effect. It has different effects in the germination of spores by different hormones, in which 2,4-D required 8 days for germination of spores, and the germination rate is 87.1%, better than the GA and NAA; Spraying nutrient solution with a certain concentration benefits to growth of gametophyte, with increasing concentrations of spraying nutrition gametophyte growth rate has improved in the 0.3 mg/L,while the growth rate maximum of 14%; Different concentrations'hormones has different affections on changing into sporophyte. when 1.0 mg/L ABA concentration, it has the highest rate of sporophyte formation, as much as 23.33%. With different water conditions, field capacity can keep moisture, and offer good water environment for fertilization, the sporophyte is formed in higher state than the other conditions.
