There are there experiments which explained in this essay: the optimization for fermentation of unconventional protein feed, feeding experiment, slaughtering experiment. This research on microorganism fermentation optimized, unconventional protein feed conditions of feeding trials, metabolic test and slaughtering tests, and the fermentation in flesh chickens unconventional protein feed for fermentation, the application effect of unconventional protein feeds in flesh chickens in the production of the reasonable application provides theory basis. Experiment 1, The Optimization for fermentation of unconventional protein feedThe optimal condition for increase of soluble protein was studied. orthogonal test design was applied to optimize fermentation parameters .The result was that bacillus:Yeast: lactobacillus=3:2:1,substrate:water=1:1,fermentation time=96h, in such a case, the soluble protein increased by 80.78%,some essential amino acid levels were increased except arginine. Therefore, when the unconventional protein feed was fermented, the quality of unconventional protein feed was improved.Experiment 2, Effects of Fermented unconventional protein feed onGrowth Performance and Nutrient Apparent Digestibility in Broilers This experiment was conducted to study the effects of fermented unconventional protein feed in broiler diets on growth performance and digestibility of crude protein and amino acid. A total of two hundred and fifty day-old broiler chickens were allotted five treatments with five replicates of ten chickens each. The experiment lasted six weeks. The dietary were: (1)5% fermented unconventional protein feed; (2) 10% fermented unconventional protein feed; (3) 15% fermented unconventional protein feed; (4) the positive control; (5) the negative control. The result showed that significant differences in ADG were found between treat 3 and the positive control group (P<0.05); no significant differences in ADFI,ADG and F/G were found between treats and the negative control group (P>0.05); no significant differences in AA digestibility except protein digestibility were found between fermented unconventional protein feed and unconventional protein feed (P>0.05) by metabolism test. Therefore, when the amount of fermented unconventional protein feed was5%,10%, there was significant difference in broiler's growth performance, and AA digestibility. when the amount of fermented unconventional protein feed was15% there was significant difference in broiler's growth performance.Experiment 3 Effects of fermented unconventional protein feed on the carcass characteristics and immune organ index of broiler chickenThis experiment was conducted to study the effects of fermented unconventional protein feed in broiler diets on the carcass characteristics and immune organ index of broiler chicken. Broilers were select each chicken was chosen to be slaughtered and its quality of meat and immune organ index were evaluated on the 43nd day. The result showed that no significant differences in semi-eviscerated yield, eviscerated yield, abdomen fat rate, leg muscle rate,,drop loss, carass yield,pH,bursa index except spleen index, thymus index, brisket muscle rate were found between fermented treats and negative control group(P>0.05);no significant differences in carass yield,semi-eviscerated yield, brisket muscle rate, eviscerated yield, leg muscle rate, brisket muscle rate, drop loss,pH,spleen index, bursa index, thymus index were found between treats and the positive control. Therefore , when the amount of fermented unconventional protein feed was5%,10%,15%, there was significant difference in broiler's carcass characteristics and immune organ index;when the amount was5%,the fermented unconventional protein feed can increase the carass yield quality, when the amount was5%,the fermented unconventional protein feed can increase immune organ's growth。...
