Agricultural protection forest plant diseases and insect pests prevention and cure technology Agricultural protection forest has great significance on keeping the ecological balance of agro-ecosystems, improving the Field microclimate and ensuring the crops'high yield, stable yield. Whereas the farmland protection forest pests and diseases occur yearly, which seriously endanger the normal growth of crops, resulting in ecological shelter lost its function. This paper reviews the shelterbelts of poplar-based major pests, occurrence and characteristics, discusses the physical control, chemical control, biological control and integrated control methods and coping strategies. Through the investigation and monitoring of Poplar Forest Pest Control technology research, selected the effective prevention and control methods on Bark necrosis of poplar, Poplar canker disease, tent caterpillars, Stilpnotia Candida Staudinger, gypsy moth, Cryptorrhynchus lapathi, Saperda populneas and Anoplophora glabripennis .The results showed that:It is a less hazarder extend and lower disease level in the black poplar, Populus xiaohei 14, small black and A118×Yang of Harbin Hulan as the main species of tree species in the farmland protection forest. The tent caterpillars'hazard is the most serious insect damage. The gypsy moth's hazard is less serious than the tent caterpillars'hazard and the lightest damage is the Stilpnotia Candida Staudinger's hazard. Anoplophora glabripennis is of the most harm in the Boring Beetle hazard. The Cryptorrhynchus lapathi's hazard and the Saperda populneas'hazard is with the lower damage.Experimental Forest on the integrated physical control techniques, pest and disease under effective control. Use of chemical pest control leaf on sordida by 50% and 21% carbendazim WP bactericidal antimicrobial agent peracetic acid was the best. Use of ulcer disease and 70%, 50% carbendazim thiophanate-methyl could achieve better sterilization effect. Of the gypsy moth virus with drug ring or rope and the liquid spraying effect is remarkable. Anoplophora glabripennis in the spawning and hatching peak, with 20% of the Hercules drilling into soluble liquid control Anoplophora glabripennis can achieve the desired result. Use of biological control and integrated control techniques can be effective prevention and control of pests and diseases, and reduce chemical residues in the environment, combined with the physical, chemical control technology will achieve the scientific pest prevention and control of farmland shelterbelt.
