Study On The New Inc1dence Characteristics And Control Techniques Of Rice Main D1seases And Insect Pests In Xinyang City

Rice is one of the important crop in Xinyang City, rice plant area is 84% in the whole crop area. But because of the rice diseases and insect pests, make the rice yield of every year lose amount to 3500-95,000,000 kilograms. In this thesis, the incidence characteristics of main rice diseases and inseet Pests in Xinyang city were systemic investigated and analyzed. The data show that the incidences of main rice diseases and insect pests have some characteristics as below in Xinyang these years. The Cnaphalocrocis medialis Guenee has the biggest infection to the Rice. It occcurred in a great scale from 2003 to 2007, especially in 2003 and 2007 ,it break out on rice. The occurring of Rice Delphacidae,Thrips oryzae Williams,Liriomyza presents an upward trend. The occurring of Rice Delphacidae in 2006 in a great scale,rice is made to lodding,milked isn't full, induced the rice yield reduce serious. The rice stem borers has happened in a great scale in 1980s and 1990s, but a downward trend in these years, presents a middle scale. But the rule of occurrence changed greatly, The generations of Chilo supperssalis walker change from 2 generations to 3 generations, The generations of Tryporyza incertulas walker change from 3 generations to 4 generations. Before three kind of main riee diseases such as Rice blast,Rice bacterial leaf blight, it's presented to descend trend, but Rice Sheath blight present an upward trend now, The Rice stripe,Rice bakanae disease,Rice false smut aren't the main plant disease in Xinyang before, but present an upward trend these years now. Specially, Rice false smut is an obstacle to plant late rice in Xinyang.Because of some diseases and insect pests have been resistance in bactericides and pesticides, We make some experiments in field so that we have been find some low_poison,high_efficient and low_redumental bactericides and pesticides. Through the experiments showed: 15% Avatar SC 18ml or 1% Emamectin benzoate Ec 50ml or 1.8%Avermectins Ec 60ml or 5% fungicides SC 50ml Per 667 square meter to control Cnaphalocrocis medialis Guenee ;5% fungicides SC 50ml or 1.8%Avermectins Ec 60ml Per 667 square meter to control Chilo supperssalis walker; 5% fungicides SC 50ml or 25% thiamethoxam TM 4g or 25% buprofezen WP 30g Per 667 square meter to control Rice Delphacidae; 30%Armure Ec 20ml or 20% jingangmycin WP 37g Per 667 square meter to control Rice false smut and Rice sheath blight all had great controle effets.The article makes systematic investigation about the rice disease and insect pests these years in Xinyang, and analyses the reason, gives a science and concrete control measures.
