【Objective】This study was conducted to evaluate Production Performance,Egg quality,Nutrient Digestibility Lipid metabolism and Oxidation resistance of Adding Cellulose Enzyme to Alfalfa Meal Ration on Layers.【Method】An experiment was conducted using a total of 210 Highland Brown Layers aged 40 weeks to study the Effect of Adding Cellulose Enzyme to Alfalfa Meal Ration on Layers Production Performance,Egg quality and Nutrient Digestibility. Layers were randomly divided into7 groups,3 replicates for each group and 10 for each replicate. One of these groups was used as the control group, others were used as treatment groups including group I to group VI. The control group was fed the basic diet, group I to group IV were fed the diets containing alfalfa meal in different levels(3%,5%,7%,7%+0.1%cellulase,7%+0.2%cellulase,7%+0.3%cellulase)respectively. By a series experiment of feeding and digestion, the layers Production Performance,Egg quality and Nutrient Digestibility were measured in each group.【Result】(1) The results showed that layers fed diets added with alfalfa meal and sellulase had no significant difference of laying rate, average daily feed intake, egg weight and feed/egg ratio(P>0.05)than that of no alfalfa meal addition treatmeat..(2)Addition of alfalfa meal and cellulase presented no significant difference of egg white height, egg yolk Ph,egg white Ph,egg shape index, egg yolk index, eggshell relative weight(P>0.05). There were significant higher(P<0.05)of Yolk color, eggshell strength, Haugh unit compared with that of no alfalfa meal addition treatmeat. Addition of alfalfa meal, egg yolk color was significant higher(P<0.01) than that of no alfalfa meal addition. Egg yolk clor increased with the increasement of alfalfa meal(.3)Addition of alfalfa meal and cellulase presented no significant difference of Dry matter, calcium, phosphorus digestibility(P>0.05). The group V in laydrs diets, the apparent digestibility of crude protein , the crude fat, crude fiber and acid fiber increased by 14.79%(P>0.05),8.48%(P>0.05),15.91%(P>0.05),4.17%(P>0.05)comparing with the group III respectively;(4)High levels of alfalfa meal and cellulose groups can improve the layers of the intestinal environment, and promote intestinal growth, meanswhile reproduction of beneficial bacteria and inhibit growth of harmful bacteria.Compared with the control group, the number of E.coli significant reduction in layer cecum and the number of lactic acid bacteria significantly increased adding the meal group and the cellulose group(P<0.05).The number of lactic acid bacteria in the small intestine is no difference compared with the control group (P>0.05)(5)Serum TC,TG had decreased compared with no alfalfa meal added treatment(P<0.05), serum HDL had increased compared with no alfalfa meal added treatment(P<0.05). Egg yolk cholesterol concentration and egg liver of test groupⅣwere higher than that of control group and alfalfa meal group in the experiment(P<0.05), and SOD activities in egg yokl and liver of alfalfa meal group had little decrease compared to that of control group. SOD activities in liver of test groups were higher than that of control group and alfalfa meal group, and test group IV,V and VI had significant increase compared to control group (P<0.05).Save the eggs of 7,14,21,28-day period, the diet of alfalfa meal and cellulose can significantly reduce the yolk malondialdehyde (MDA) content, which content to extend the shelf life of eggs.【Conclusion】the results showed that there were no significant difference of production performance, egg quality of layers, but it can improve the egg quality in some degree; Egg yolk color increased with the increasement of alfalfa meal and it was significant higher compared with that of no alfalfa meal addition treatmeat. Nutrient digestibility was improved because of adding alfalfa meal in the diet of layers, Egg yolk color increased and egg yolk cholesterol decreased with the increasing of alfalfa meal and it was significant higher compared with that of no alfalfa meal addition treatment. Combined all index, it recommend that addition of alfalfa meal at 5% was optimum in layer diet.It recommend that addition of alfalfa meal at 7%+0.2%cellulase was optimum. cholesterol concentration decreased with alfalfa meal increasing, egg yolk cholesterol concentration decreased sharply in high levels of alfalfa meal group.(6) Alfalfa meal group and the cellulose group could improve the SOD activities. The SOD activities in serum and...
