Along with the increasing scale of animal husbandry, the more intensified degree leads to a series of environmental problems, which has become the barrier of agricultural sustainable development. This article has studied the effects of vaccination extraneous microbial inoculums to the swine manure composting and the fertilizer effectiveness, and discusses the feasibility of organic fertilizer and the chemical fertilizer matches executes application on super hybrid rice. The object of this thesis is providing technology support for harmony development between animal husbandry and planting industry in order to harmonize the development of society and environment comprehensively. The results are as follows:The effects of compost was evaluated by determination of index in 30d of composting:temperature,pH,moisture,the total carbon,nitrogen and C/N.The results showed that:The maximum temperature of T3 and T2 were higher thanTl,and sustained period of high-temperature were longer than T1.The maximum temperature of T3 was 67.5℃,T2 was 65℃,but T1 only 62℃.Time of compost temperature which was above 50℃,T2, T3 and T1 were over 13 days, and had reached the request(GB7959-1987). Water changes of three groups were similar trend, with the compost, compost moisture gradually decline. pH value trends were consistent with each group, early were gradually decline and later gradually rising trend. The entire P of T1 increases from initial 2.14% to 2.85%, the T2 processing increases from initial 2.18%to 2.93%, the T3 processing increases from initial 2.12% to 2.89%, The total carbon content of T1 reduces from initial 44.25 to 41.72, T2 reduces from initial 43.68to 41.83, T3 reduces from initial 44.83 to 41.64. The C/N value of T3 and T2 are lower than the T1, explained that the increase extraneous source microorganism may enhance the microorganism activeness, speeds up the compost well-rotted compost advancement.The proportion of organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer match execute was 2:8 which was the best proportion to the super hybrid rice.the output form are more advantageous. Along with the super hybrid rice birth time's advancement, the tiller speed and the stem tiller total quantity were different among processing, displays for along with organic fertilizer increase, divides the tiller total quantity also to increase. The influence of organic fertilizer to soil nutrient's is big, along with organic fertilizer amount increase, soil entire N, entire P, the entire K content increases, this is important to cultivates the soil.
