The Mechanism Of Aerobic Composting With The Inoculation Of VT Agent And The Field Testing Of Composting Products

Seven composts and three biologic effective experiments had been done for this subject in excitation of Quzhou of Hebei Province and China Agriculture University in two years. The test was mostly conducted two kinds of disposal methods which were disposal of inoculation and without inoculation with agriculture waste to study the mechanism of inoculation of VT microbial inoculants through analysis of physical,chemical index and biological index in the process of aerobic compost. The tests were conducted to study the effects of the compost appended with VT microbial inoculants on the yield and quality.The paper is included three parts.The first part took temperature,moisture,pH and C/N ratio as the main technological index to make sure the befit compost condition of quantity of inoculant, moisture,pH and C/N ratio.The second part was designed two kinds of disposal methods which were disposal of inoculation and without inoculation with straw , chicken manure and sawdust as composting materials to study the mechanism of inoculation of VT microbial inoculants through analysis of physical,chemical index and biological index in the process of aerobic compost in the inside and outside of room.This part main studied the number of microbe and the enzyme avidity effect physical and chemical index. The three part was studied the effects of the compost product which was designed two disposals of inoculation and without inoculation with straw and chicken manure appended with VT microbial inoculants on the yield and quality of mealie, rape and flower .The research has showed that:1. The conditions of C/N ratio in 25~35,the content of moisture in 60% ,pH value in 7~8 and the quantity of inoculant at 2%. was befit to compsting ,or restraint compsting.2. In the two compost disposals of inoculation and without inoculation the inoculating diposal had more accumulating temperature,higer temperature,more times of the temperature exceed 50°C.3. There were identity in the two compost disposals of inoculation and without inoculation at the time of reaching and holding high temperature period ,but in the lower temperature the inoculation had higher temperature than the uninoculation.4. The essence that the number of microbe was larger and the enzyme avidity was higer in the disposal inoculation had showed the mechanism of inoculation in the compost. the the mechanism was that the activity of microorganism was more acutly in the inoculation , that caused that the inoculating diposal in the lower temperature period had higher temperature , C/N ratio declined more , plant toxicity was lower and the hygience innocuity was better than the uninoculation.5. In the test of fertility of composting products had showed that inoculation have more yields and higer quality of mealie, rape than without inoculation and inoculation have more of flower have more view and admire than without inoculation.
