Improve the crops on the environment of other duress tolerated to increase its output has a far-reaching significance. A lot of research and production practice show that development of species are fighting against drought alleviating this problem is the economy, the most effective way. Therefore carry out the wheat to be hereditary drought research and evaluation of drought and the wheat grain to safety of the immeasurable. It'very important to improve crop resistance and ensure national food safety with developing the research in improvement of drought resistance and water saving,breeding a new variety of drought resistanceIn this research transgenic wheat Glumai14 with GmDREB1 gene,transgenic wheat Gjimai19 with GmDREB1 gene,transgenic wheat Gshi4185 with GmDREB3 gene,transgenic wheat Gxinchun9 with TaEBP gene were used as drought-resistance genes donor materials. On the basis of molecular detection of foreign genes and field drought resistance identification of physiological and biochemical indexes, uesd Dwarf Male-sterile zhoumai18,Dwarf Male-sterile yanzhan4110,Dwarf Male-sterile xinmai19 as receptor materials, through the continuous artificial directed backcross and interactive within dwarf defeat t group in field and greenhouse, construction the recurrent selection population by transgenic wheat with drought related genes and Dwarf Male-sterile Wheat.The results were as follows: 1,This research through molecular detection on transgenic wheat Glumai14 with GmDREB1 gene,transgenic wheat Gjimai19 with GmDREB1 gene,transgenic wheat Gshi4185 with GmDREB3 gene,transgenic wheat Gxinchun with TaEBP gene,Get a batch transgenic positive plants, Screening material for construction the recurrent selection population by transgenic wheat,at the same time establish a system of practical molecular detection technique.2. The determination results of the physiological and biochemical indexes related with drought on transgenic donor wheat show that GhDREB, GmDREB1, GmDREB3, TaEBP gene can enhance the ability of transgenic lines to resist the external water stress. The drought resistance of transgenic strains was enhanced. Transgenic strains were important genetic resources to create drought-resistant transgenic wheat germplasm,cultivate new varieties of drought-resistant transgenic wheat.3,The results of PCR molecular detection show that, by use Dwarf Male-sterile Wheat and transgenic lines in this research, through generation in the greenhouse, combination of molecular detection and tracking technology, construction the recurrent selection population by transgenic wheat with drought related genes and Dwarf Male-sterile Wheat which with drought related genes of GmDREB3,TaEBP,GhDREB.
